Job Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Software Engineer with 2–3 years of production experience to build and scale full-stack enterprise web applications. At Akshora AI Labs, our engineers own features end-to-end—from database schema design and API integration to responsive Next.js interfaces.
About the Role
In this role, you will engineer core modules for our enterprise clients and proprietary SaaS platforms. You will develop high-concurrency frontend and backend functionality, connect AI inference microservices and third-party webhooks (such as WhatsApp Business APIs, payment gateways, and ERP connectors), and optimize database query performance across SQL and NoSQL stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications.
- Develop frontend and backend functionality.
- Build REST APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Optimize application performance and database queries.
- Participate in architecture and code review discussions.
- Collaborate with product, design, and development teams.
- Implement automated testing, input validation, and role-based access controls.
Educational Qualifications
- B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical software engineering experience.
Experience Requirements
Required Experience: 2–3 Years
- 2–3 Years of full-time professional experience building and maintaining production web applications.
- Proven track record of shipping full-stack features using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js.
