Sets the direction of the company and is accountable for every engagement, from the first discovery call through to final handoff. Leads client partnerships directly, so decisions move quickly and nothing is lost in translation between what a client needs and what the team builds. Works closely with the engineering team rather than delegating it away, keeping the company's promise of direct access to the people actually building your system.
Owns architecture and technical quality across every system the company builds: edge computer vision on NVIDIA Jetson hardware, WhatsApp and voice agents, deterministic document AI, and private RAG deployments. Reviews the technical approach from the first feasibility check through to production deployment, and sets the engineering standards, from model quantisation choices to how a system is tested, that the rest of the team builds against.
Leads the hardest engineering problems on the team, the parts of a system where the usual patterns don't quite fit and a fresh approach is needed. Sets the technical patterns the rest of the engineering team builds with, from how services are structured to how code gets reviewed, and mentors the engineers working alongside them so that knowledge doesn't stay with one person.
Builds and ships full-stack features across the company's platforms and client portals, from FastAPI services and data models on the backend to the Next.js interfaces that clients and their teams use every day. Works across the entire stack on a project rather than owning just one layer of it, which keeps handoffs fast during a 7-to-14-day delivery sprint.
Tests every release against real data and edge cases before it reaches production, not just the happy path, but the messy inputs a system will actually see in the field: a blurry invoice scan, a dropped WhatsApp message, a camera feed in low light. Builds the test suites and validation checks that catch problems before a client does, keeping the company's precision numbers honest.
Builds and refines frontend interfaces across the company's platforms and client portals, translating designs into working screens. Works closely with the engineering team on real production features, not just practice projects, as part of an internship focused on growing into a full-stack role.
Researches and builds solutions across retrieval-augmented generation, computer vision and generative AI, evaluating new approaches against real data before they become part of a production system. Works closely with the AI CTO on the technical direction of the company's RAG and computer vision offerings.
Turns the raw telemetry and detection data behind the company's systems into dashboards and visualizations a client's team can actually read at a glance, from camera-feed counts to document-processing throughput. Brings a senior level of judgement to what gets surfaced and how, so a dashboard shows what matters rather than just what's easiest to chart.
Designs the dashboards, consoles and portals that clients and their teams use every day: operational telemetry screens, document AI review queues, and the interfaces that turn a working backend into something a non-technical team can actually use. Works closely with engineering from early wireframes through to the shipped interface, so design decisions still hold up once real data and real users hit the screen.

Your project is built by the technical leadership and engineers, with the founders involved and a designer where a user interface is needed. There are no account managers between you and the people doing the work.
