Akshora AI Labs is hiring an Associate Software Developer to join our core Software Development & Engineering team in Sector 62, Noida. This role is structured for early-career developers with strong fundamentals in modern JavaScript, React.js, and Next.js who want to transition from academic projects to shipping enterprise-grade web applications.
About the Role
As an Associate Software Developer, you will work directly alongside our Full-Stack and Senior Software Engineers on client portals, internal SaaS products (such as TalentScoutie and HomeScoutie), and enterprise operational dashboards. From your first week, you will contribute to real Git repositories, build reusable UI components, integrate RESTful endpoints, and learn production deployment workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing web applications and software solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
- Work with senior developers to implement new features.
- Debug and troubleshoot application issues.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Translate UI/UX wireframes into responsive, accessible React.js and Next.js components.
- Document component usage, API contracts, and bug resolutions clearly.
Educational Qualifications
- B.Tech / BCA / MCA or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong foundational knowledge of web standards, DOM manipulation, and component-based UI architecture.
Experience Requirements
Required Experience: 0–1 Year
- 0–1 Year of practical software development experience (including strong academic projects, open-source contributions, or structured technical internships).
- Demonstrable portfolio or GitHub repositories showcasing working React.js or Next.js applications.
