Due to the digital and customized nature of our services, refunds are governed by strict conditions.

02Free Demo / Trial

To help clients make informed decisions:

• We may offer free demos, prototypes, or software trials
• Demos are intended to evaluate functionality and suitability

Important:

• Clients are encouraged to test systems before purchase
• Entering into a paid agreement confirms acceptance of product features and suitability

03Cancellation Policy

For Service-Based Projects:

• Projects canceled before initiation may qualify for partial or full refunds after administrative deductions
• After project initiation, cancellation requests are reviewed case-by-case
• Charges apply for completed work and utilized resources

For Subscriptions or Ongoing Support:

• Subscriptions may be canceled anytime
• Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle
• Access remains active until the subscription expires

04Refund Policy

General Rule: All payments are non-refundable unless specifically approved under eligible conditions.

No Refund After Deployment or Activation:

• Once systems are deployed, repositories handed over, or account access is granted, refunds are not permitted
• This applies to deployed models, software licenses, and digital activations

Eligible Refund Scenarios:

• Service has not yet started
• Duplicate payment was made
• Failure to deliver agreed services due to our fault

Non-Refundable Cases:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Failure to use the service
• Feature dissatisfaction after using available demo/trial
• Client-caused delays (e.g., delays in data, hardware, or access)
• Completed project milestones
• Delivered custom-developed code and weights
• Active billing cycles or activated systems

05Milestone-Based Projects

For milestone-based projects:

• Completed milestone payments are non-refundable
• Future milestones may be canceled according to the signed agreement

06Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days
• Payments will be returned via the original payment method

07Chargebacks

Initiating chargebacks without contacting us first:

• May result in project suspension or termination
• May lead to legal action where necessary

We strongly recommend contacting our team before raising disputes.

08Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to:

• Modify pricing structures
• Update, suspend, or discontinue services

However, all existing agreements will continue to be honored.

09Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes:

• Both parties agree to attempt resolution amicably
• Jurisdiction shall be Noida (Gautam Buddh Nagar), Uttar Pradesh
