We use your data only for these purposes.
04Consent
When you send an enquiry or ask for a call, we ask you to confirm your consent before we process your details. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to founders@akshora.ai. Withdrawal does not affect processing done before it, and we may still keep information that the law requires us to retain.
In some situations the law allows or requires processing without consent, for example to meet a legal obligation. In those cases we process only what is necessary.
05Your rights under the DPDP Act

06Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run the website and our business, under contract and only for our purposes. For example: hosting (such as Netlify), email delivery (such as Brevo), email and productivity tools (such as Google), and WhatsApp (Meta) when you choose to message us there
- Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers
- Government or legal authorities, when the law requires it
07Client data and our role
When we build, deploy or support a system for a client, the client decides why and how the personal data in that system is used (the “Data Fiduciary”), and we act as a Data Processor on the client’s instructions.
We use client data only to deliver the agreed work, as set out in the project agreement and any NDA. Systems are typically deployed in the client’s own cloud or on-premise environment.
08Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as we need it to respond to you, deliver our services, or meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. After that we delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to erase your data earlier, and we will do so unless the law requires us to keep it.
09Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including:
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS) on our website
- Access controls that limit who can read enquiries and project data
- Secured, access-controlled infrastructure and accounts
No system is completely secure. If a personal data breach affects you, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
10Transfers outside India
Some of our providers process data on servers outside India. The DPDP Act permits such transfers except to countries the Government of India may restrict. We choose established providers and share only what is needed.
11Children
Our website and services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children (under 18 years) and we do not track or target them. If you believe a child has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.
