Akshora AI Labs is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to take architectural ownership of mission-critical application modules. You will design resilient full-stack systems that power enterprise ERPs, custom CRMs, and AI-enabled SaaS workflows.
About the Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will bridge high-level system design and daily code execution. You will architect scalable Next.js and Node.js services, enforce security and data integrity across relational and vector databases, eliminate latency bottlenecks, and mentor associate and mid-level developers through rigorous code reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of complex application modules.
- Design scalable software architecture.
- Build secure backend services and APIs.
- Mentor junior and associate developers.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement solutions.
- Ensure code quality, testing, and deployment standards.
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate inference pipelines into production web platforms.
Educational Qualifications
- B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience in senior full-stack engineering roles.
Experience Requirements
Required Experience: 3–5 Years
- 3–5 Years of progressive experience in full-stack software development with at least 1–2 years owning module architecture.
- Demonstrated experience deploying and maintaining multi-tenant SaaS or enterprise platforms in cloud environments.
