Job Overview

Akshora AI Labs is hiring a Senior AI / Machine Learning Engineer (3–5 Years) to architect and ship high-reliability Generative AI, private RAG, and deep learning systems. You will work directly on our flagship enterprise AI engagements where accuracy, latency, and data privacy are paramount.

About the Role

You will design production-grade LLM orchestration workflows, hybrid semantic + keyword retrieval pipelines (using Qdrant/Milvus), zero-wait voice agent pipelines, and fine-tuned domain models. You will optimize inference throughput, prevent hallucinations through deterministic guardrails, manage MLOps deployment lifecycles, and mentor junior ML engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement advanced AI/ML solutions.
  • Build scalable model training and inference pipelines.
  • Work on LLM integrations, generative AI, and intelligent automation.
  • Optimize model accuracy, latency, and resource utilization.
  • Mentor junior AI engineers.
  • Manage end-to-end ML deployment workflows.
  • Architect air-gapped and private VPC RAG systems with strict citation verification and zero external data leakage.

Educational Qualifications

  • B.Tech / M.Tech / MS in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or equivalent senior industry experience.

Experience Requirements

Required Experience: 3–5 Years

  • 3–5 Years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, including at least 1–2 years deploying LLMs, RAG architectures, or deep learning models in production.
  • Strong track record of optimizing inference latency, throughput, and evaluation benchmarks in cloud or on-prem GPU environments.
