Job Overview
Akshora AI Labs is looking for an Associate Machine Learning Engineer (0–1 Year) to join our Applied AI & Machine Learning group in Noida. This role is ideal for an aspiring ML engineer with strong Python and data science fundamentals eager to work on real enterprise datasets and production ML pipelines.
About the Role
You will collaborate closely with our Senior AI/ML Engineers and AI CTO to prepare structured and unstructured datasets, run exploratory data analysis (EDA), train baseline classification and regression models, and benchmark model accuracy for document processing, predictive analytics, and retrieval systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing machine learning models.
- Perform data preprocessing and exploratory data analysis.
- Work with datasets and model training pipelines.
- Support model testing and evaluation.
- Collaborate with senior ML engineers.
- Write reproducible Python scripts for data cleaning, feature extraction, and metric logging.
- Assist in preparing validation datasets for OCR and domain-specific NLP tasks.
Educational Qualifications
- B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / M.Sc. in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience Requirements
Required Experience: 0–1 Year
- 0–1 Year of experience in machine learning or data science (including academic research, capstone projects, or AI internships).
- Strong grasp of supervised/unsupervised learning, cross-validation, precision/recall metrics, and Python data manipulation.
