Job Overview

We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience building and deploying ML models into production environments. At Akshora AI Labs, ML models do not stay in notebooks—they are packaged into deterministic, low-latency microservices.

About the Role

In this role, you will own end-to-end model development across predictive analytics, intelligent document processing (GST/invoice parsing), and conversational AI workflows. You will design feature engineering pipelines, conduct hyperparameter optimization, wrap trained models in asynchronous FastAPI endpoints, and monitor model drift in production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize machine learning models.
  • Build data preprocessing and feature engineering pipelines.
  • Perform model evaluation and hyperparameter tuning.
  • Deploy models through APIs and production environments.
  • Work on predictive analytics and AI-driven solutions.
  • Containerize ML inference services using Docker for private VPC and on-premise deployments.
  • Collaborate with full-stack engineers to integrate ML predictions into enterprise dashboards.

Educational Qualifications

  • B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech / MCA in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related quantitative discipline.

Experience Requirements

Required Experience: 2–3 Years

  • 2–3 Years of professional experience developing, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models in production.
  • Demonstrated ability to serve PyTorch/TensorFlow or Scikit-learn models via REST APIs using FastAPI.
