Job Overview

Akshora AI Labs is looking for a strategic Head of Digital Marketing with 6–8 years of experience to own the entire digital growth, brand positioning, and demand generation organization across our enterprise AI studio and proprietary product portfolio (TalentScoutie, HomeScoutie, and DMPG).

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Founders, you will build and scale our multi-channel acquisition machine. You will spearhead national and regional SEO/AEO/GEO dominance across enterprise corridors, architect high-ROI performance marketing funnels across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta, lead content and brand authority initiatives, and build a high-performing team of digital marketing managers, specialists, and creatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and execute the overarching B2B enterprise and B2C SaaS digital growth strategy across Akshora AI Labs and its product ventures.
  • Lead national and programmatic SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to capture high-intent search and AI citations.
  • Own the performance marketing budget, multi-channel ad strategy (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads), CAC targets, and pipeline attribution.
  • Build, mentor, and scale the Digital Marketing & Growth department (Managers, Specialists, Content Strategists, and Associates).
  • Design end-to-end conversion funnels integrating landing pages, interactive cost calculators, WhatsApp AI bots, and CRM workflows.
  • Partner with Founders and Sales Leadership to align marketing pipeline generation with quarterly revenue targets.
  • Establish executive analytics dashboards tracking organic visibility, MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, LTV:CAC ratios, and brand share of voice.

Technical & Leadership Requirements

  • Mastery of modern search ecosystems—combining technical/programmatic SEO with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
  • Full-funnel analytical rigor across paid acquisition, CRO, marketing automation, and revenue attribution.
  • Strategic vision to position Akshora AI Labs as India's premier applied AI engineering studio while scaling standalone SaaS products.

Team Management Expectations

  • Build, structure, and lead the Digital Marketing & Growth division across SEO, Paid Media, Content, and Social pods.
  • Set clear quarterly OKRs, KPIs, and quality benchmarks for Digital Marketing Managers, Specialists, and Associates.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and UI/UX teams to ship high-converting landing experiences and interactive growth tools.

Performance Expectations

  • Drive consistent quarter-over-quarter growth in qualified enterprise inbound inquiries and product sign-ups.
  • Optimize paid acquisition efficiency, maintaining target CPL, CAC, and ROAS benchmarks across all active channels.
  • Expand top-3 organic search rankings and AI answer engine citations across priority technology and regional service keywords.

Educational Qualifications

  • MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Bachelor's degree with an exceptional, verifiable track record in senior digital growth leadership.

Experience Requirements

Required Experience: 6–8 Years

  • 6–8 Years of progressive experience in digital marketing and growth, including 3+ years leading marketing teams and owning P&L/campaign budgets.
  • Demonstrated history of driving measurable organic traffic scale and qualified enterprise pipeline in technology or SaaS sectors.
