Job Overview
We are seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 2–3 years of experience to execute high-intent organic and paid acquisition strategies for Akshora AI Labs, our regional enterprise software corridors, and our SaaS product lines.
About the Role
In this role, you will manage technical and programmatic SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) alongside paid search and social campaigns (Google Ads and Meta Ads). You will optimize landing page conversion rates, manage Search Console indexing performance, and build measurable B2B/B2C lead generation funnels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies.
- Handle Google Ads and social media advertising.
- Improve website traffic and lead generation.
- Analyze marketing performance and prepare reports.
- Optimize landing page copy, structured schema alignment, and conversion funnels.
- Manage ad creatives, audience segmentation, retargeting pixels, and CPA/ROAS tracking.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or equivalent proven performance marketing experience.
Experience Requirements
Required Experience: 2–3 Years
- 2–3 Years of hands-on experience managing SEO and paid ad campaigns (Google Ads & Meta Ads) with verifiable traffic and lead growth.
- Practical understanding of modern AI search visibility (AEO/GEO) and GA4 event tracking.
