Akshora AI Labs is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager (4–6 Years) to lead campaign execution, organic search dominance, and paid acquisition funnels across our enterprise AI studio and proprietary product ventures.
About the Role
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will translate revenue goals into actionable growth roadmaps. You will oversee our SEO/AEO/GEO content engine, manage paid media budgets across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, mentor marketing executives and specialists, and partner with our sales and product teams to maximize pipeline ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute overall digital growth strategies.
- Lead marketing campaigns and manage budgets.
- Build brand awareness and lead generation funnels.
- Manage marketing team members.
- Analyze ROI and optimize marketing performance.
- Coordinate with sales and business development teams.
- Establish multi-touch attribution reporting and conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments.
Educational Qualifications
- MBA / BBA / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent senior digital growth experience.
Experience Requirements
Required Experience: 4–6 Years
- 4–6 Years of progressive digital marketing experience, including at least 1–2 years managing campaign budgets and leading marketing contributors.
- Demonstrated success scaling organic search traffic and paid lead acquisition with clear CAC and ROI metrics.
