Job Overview
Akshora AI Labs is seeking a Senior Computer Vision Engineer (3–5 Years) to lead the architecture and optimization of our real-time edge video analytics and industrial inspection systems. You will work directly with our AI CTO on high-throughput multi-camera deployments running on NVIDIA Jetson Orin and on-premise GPU servers.
About the Role
You will spearhead the design of sub-45ms vision inference pipelines, quantize PyTorch/YOLO models to FP16 and INT8 using TensorRT, build hardware-accelerated decoding and batching workflows with CUDA and DeepStream, and guide junior vision engineers from dataset strategy through factory-floor commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead computer vision model development.
- Design real-time object detection and tracking systems.
- Develop advanced image processing and video analytics solutions.
- Optimize inference performance for edge devices and GPUs.
- Guide junior engineers and review technical implementations.
- Architect multi-stream RTSP ingestion and hardware-decoded inference pipelines on NVIDIA Jetson and RTX hardware.
- Profile GPU memory, thermal budgets, and frame latency to guarantee 24/7 industrial reliability.
Educational Qualifications
- B.Tech / M.Tech / MS in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Robotics, or equivalent senior computer vision experience.
Experience Requirements
Required Experience: 3–5 Years
- 3–5 Years of specialized experience in computer vision and deep learning, including hands-on model optimization with TensorRT and CUDA.
- Demonstrated track record of deploying real-time multi-camera video analytics on edge devices or production GPU servers.
